We also make the process easier by allowing you to fill the paperwork out here, in our new patient center, any time before your appointment.

Consultation, History, and Examination
The completion of the paperwork will be followed by a consultation with the practitioner to discuss your concerns, health-related problems, and potential treatment options or further investigations.
This consultation will begin with a question and answer time, to find out your health history, gathering required information to help determine what the real problem is. You will be asked several questions related to your condition, and this will be followed by an examination that will consist of specialized test that will further identify the problem/tissues involved. The examination will also identify how severe the problem is.
Imaging such as X-rays
Some conditions may require the doctor to send you for x-rays to assist in creating the most effective treatment plan for you or to assist in eliminating the possibility of more sever conditions.
Treatment on the first visit
Patients will generally receive treatment on their first visit after all paperwork, examinations, and appropriate studies are completed. Treatment may include spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapies, physiotherapeutic modalities, and/or homecare tips until the follow-up visit.
PLEASE NOTE: The first visit may not include treatment as time restrictions may limit this or further evaluation of the case may be required if a condition is severe.
